Card combos loop hero1/17/2024 It spawns not only the book when it dies, but also a bat swarm at 50% hp, which gives you a chance to fail your attacks and puts bleed damage on you. You can get a similar result with Vampire Mansion, but the Vampire Mage is much more dangerous. Why? Because the Watcher Mage doesn't give a fat shield to all enemies, so any enemies you kill before the mage dies don't get a shield. This sounds bad, but it actually makes the fight a lot easier. This is where Temporal Beacon comes in, it upgrades that book into a Watcher Mage, that respawns the book enemy when it dies. This book enemy actually gives quite a few cards, however it gives all the other enemies in the fight a shield, which depending on the enemy can really cause you a lot of pain. However Bookery has an annoying downside after being used up it spawns in a book enemy. My favorite combo that I don't hear many people using is Temporal Beacon + Bookery.īookery is hands down the strongest card in the game, it lets you turn your bad cards into good ones, your rocks and forests into mountains and thickets. Counter, Crit Chance, Crit Damage, All Attack, Magic DamageĬounter is more important because it'll still activate when you run out of stamina. Get these two traits and watch as all the Vipers help you kill everything for you and you take next to no damage. The most important traits to take is Wolf Companion as a meat shield, the one that gives you a 60% chance to reflect any ranged attack and the one that reduces all damage by 7% per mob after 2x. Oblivion - to clear any Mysterious Villages.Īrsenal - Magic HP and for an additional stat stick. Spider Den - to cover any tile that's already being covered by an Outpost to generate more mobs. The only two Grooves will be Oblivion later on for more Ruins They're not worth farming due to taking too many hits. The reason for this is because Wolves only take a max of 30% hp damage. Ruins + Grooves - the Grooves are only used to block the first tile on each side of the campfire. Lightning Tower - to turn as much forests on fire as possible for the Magic Damage.īookery + Vampire Mansion - to farm Vampire Mages to add another 2x enemies to every battle for more Orb of Expansions to turn to hydrogen Less time looping means weaker equipment.Forest, Rivers and Suburbs - for attack speed and exp You do have to balance this against the quality of the equipment you’ve collected so far, though. That means if you fill the summon gauge faster, you won’t have as hard of a fight on your hands. The number of loops you’ve completed seems to determine enemy health and damage (including bosses). With a Maze of Memories card, it’s like placing (up to) 37 cards at once. When it’s completely full, the boss spawns. As you place cards fill the void with tiles, that second gauge in the upper left corner fills. The most obvious use for a Maze of Memories golden card is to summon a boss faster. What it does do, though, is take up a lot of space, as advertised. This means that it doesn't affect your hero’s stats, interact with other tiles, generate resources, or spawn enemies. Like the description says, the Maze of Memories does nothing. How to use the Loop Hero Maze of Memories card Filling in those spaces will limit the real estate where things like bandit camps or goblin camps can spawn. The Maze of Memories tiles fill spaces right up to the edge of the road. It doesn’t overwrite existing tiles, but it will fill in roadside as well as landscape spaces. Placing Maze of Memories cards in Loop Hero generates additional maze tiles that fill the space around it in a rough circle (think of it like a paint bucket tool in your favorite image editor).
